My wife bought this because she likes Anna Faris. While not as good as the original it is a great movie. Loads of fun and the whole family kids and all loved it.

A remake to the original, this one was nice and heartwarming. The vibe. The culture. And the comedy where all a great blend of a niceness fun movie!

Very slow to start. It did not start getting funny until about 1/3 into the movie. To many remakes in the movie industry. We need better writers.

This reboot really works. By switching genders from the original, the movie stands well on its own. Also ... Anna Faris is truly adorable.

I think this remake was better than the original - good casting. A lot of reusing lines - on the fence about whether that was good or not.

I love the original movie so i thought why not and bought the movie on black friday but i havent watched it so i didnt give it 5 stars.

this is a remake. liked the first one better, usually do. however, the one thing I really disliked about this movie was the subtitles. I dont enjoy having to watch and read a movie, especially when the words are small and they aren't in front of a solid color that makes it easy to read. we had to keep stopping the movie to read what was being said. I want to set back and relax watching a movie, not work.

If you like the old version, you will like this movie. If you think the old is just okay, this is a better spin in an old classic.

I love the original Overboard movie with Goldie Hahn and Kurt Russell. This version does not live up to the original.

Gender role reversal of the Goldie Hawn, and more Spanish than I expected, but the humor is good and the storytelling made me smile!

I thought Overboard was better than expected. My wife and I really liked the original so we weren't expecting to like it that much.

As a fan of the original, my wife and I weren't expecting much out of the remake. But we were pleasantly surprised. Fun film.

A decent remake of the one with Kurt russel in it. All gender rolls are reversed as with all new movies *Rolls eyes*

This remake to the old version of Overboard was a very fun and entertaining piece. Eugenio Derbez is a genius and would watch anything he is in. But it was a good heartfelt and fun comedy to be enjoyed by the whole family!

This is not my type of movie, but for what it's worth, I got it for my sister and she enjoys it immensely
