I was skeptical when purchasing this couch as it had zero reviews but I went ahead and purchased it anyway. I received the couch within a few days. The entire couch showed up in 4 boxes. Super easy setup, pull the parts out of the couch, cut the plastic and you have a couch. Within 24 hours everything had fluffed up and it was ready to use.
The couch does sit a bit lower but that doesn't bother me any, I am sure you could find a way to raise it if you really wanted to. It is incredibly soft, incredibly comfortable as I have been sleeping on it until my new bed arrives and I have had some of the best sleep ! Everyone who has been over and sat on it has found it incredible as well.
I would recommend and purchase again.
