    Conducts heat well. Is truly nonstick. Handle is perfect to hold or move pan while cooking. I really like the grey underneath the pan. When cooking properly, it does not burn or scorch. So, yes, it is great.

    I prefer something with heavier base. These are too lightweight to be good even cooking, for my tastes

    I bought the 8” OXO fry pan about two years ago and fell in love with it so I bought one for my mother who raved about it. Then my sister bought an 8” and the 10” and she loves it too so I just purchased the 10” for my house to go with the 8” just like it. The pans are light weight but cook evenly and sit straight on the burner. The silicone handles are great and clean up is a breeze. I highly recommend the OXO Good Grips Nonstick Hard Anodized Fry Pans.

    This pan is great pan to cook with. I use it for eggs, bacon, steak, ect.

    I returned this OXO Frypan because it is smaller and not deep enough than I wanted.

    This pan came in number 1 on one of the cooking shows pan comparisons! Not crazy, expensive, and not one of the cheapies you see stacked up in discount stores! ‘Just right’
