If you are looking for a non-stick rice cooker, you can't go wrong with this product. I used to have a ceramic rice cooker, however it didn't do well for cooking white rice. Rice were burnt on the bottom of the bowl. This product does both white and brown rice very well.

It cooks well and easy to clean. Good size for a family of fours.

If you are looking for a product that does not use teflon then this is definately a product you should consider... we looked around for a while trying to find something that didn't have a "non-stick" surface but also didn't break the piggy bank... this was the best product we could find which met our needs and so far has worked out great... we cook rice nearly every day and we are very happy with this product.

After reading great reviews about the product, finally when the item arrived, it appeared to be broken. The pot didn't close properly, I had to push down really hard and my rice came out burnt and stuck to the pot. I even tried to use it again with a little bit of oil and it still stuck to the pan. I'm sad that this product didn't work out as planned.
