It's an interesting take on an oz prequel. Just wasn't very engaging

The 3D movie is great you just have to remember it does not come with a regular Blu Ray disc, you have to buy it separate. I don't know why they did it this way but I don't agree with it. That is the only reason I give it a low score.

Very disappointed in this. I hoped the storyline would make up for the terrible acting by all, but it never happened. The ending was the best part, probably because I knew it would soon be over.

The show was worth while addition to the Oz tales. The 3D was another matter. The left and right polarizations were reversed. I had to wear my glasses upside down in order to watch it.

I can't stay awake to get through it. Four times and haven't made it half way through. Kids 8 and 10 won't watch it with me. They didn't make it through the first time.

Bland, not what I was expecting from somewhat seasoned actors. Michelle Williams may have been the only reason I stayed awake until the end.

I had high hopes. The movie was a let down. It's a pretty movie though.

Classics, when redone, should be done in such a way that it actually complements the original story. This is not one of them. Horrid acting, lines were terrible...and come on, Mila Kunis clothing/custom were very horrible for the era. Did not enjoy this, and never finished watching.

This film could have been so great. James Franko...........AHhhhhhhhhhhhhh! The vacant stares and overacting are just not so good. What redeems this movie somewhat are the visuals. Absolutely AMAZING on a good 4K tv.

This is truly an epic that holds true to the original movie. As a prequel, it's a fantastic trip to see who the Wizard is, where he came from, and how the Witches became who they are. As a parent, it's a fantastic family film. For fans of all the OZ books, this is truly a tribute to the works of Baum, with more in-depth storytelling to entertain all ages. A great heart-felt adventure down the yellow brick road, with a finale that is awe inspiring. There are even many subtle throwbacks to the original movie. (Do you know WHO the wizard breaks up with while in Kansas? Hint- she's marrying Bob Gale) :) The only thing now is to hope they do a sequel that starts where this story left off and ends where the original Oz started.
