Arrived Broken, Shipped Without a Box
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The machine came shipped in plastic wrap only, without a box and I made the mistake of taking the delivery instead of rejecting it right there. After unwrapping it, I found the screen was cracked in several places, the legs of the unit were damaged, each corner was scuffed, one side panel was cracked, and one side was coming apart so it was unstable and unplayable because it would wobble with any touch. Now I have this broken unit, that can't get picked back up by FedEx because it doesn't have a box. The unit is too large to fit in a car to return to a store. So after several hours on the phone with Best Buy, my options are to go buy a box that will fit this large cabinet on my dime or rent a vehicle that can haul this to a store. I didn't realize the BestBuy return experience was so poor.
