    This story is captivating and frustrating. The characters especially Michael Keaton's role is all kinds of crazy. Makes you wonder who your neighbors are and whether or not being a property owner is worth it. A lot of twists and turns. Great thriller movie with strong actors. Melanie Griffith redeems herself later in the movie as I didn't find her very riviting, until later...wish she had that same kind of Tess McGill tenacity like in Working Girl, but she does come through in the end.

    Good price, I love Michael Keaton's role in this. I never seen him as a con man before. It is really funny in some way. Imagine having this problem that this couple did. I mean a tenant that tricked his way inside, and did not pay any rent or anything.
