"Pacific Rim Upraising" is not as good is the first movie in the series but it still has big robots and cool monsters. In the tradition of Godzilla, the world is in peril and the humans must overcome. Good stuff.

It's a pretty decent Sequel, but surprisingly didn't feel as large scale as the first movie. They took the "monster's" story in an interesting direction. My only criticism was that we didn't get to see more Kaiju battles.

Not as good as the first movie but it had enough action and twists to make it interesting. It should have more things regarding the alien world; that would have been interesting to learn more about them.

Some say that the movie wasn't as good as the prequel, but i find it somewhat both untrue and true. I tell you now, dont judge the movie by its covers or trailers! Also reviews will help you decide better!

the sequel is not as good as the first, since del toro didn't direct it and the special effects don't have the eye del toro provided in the first film. how ever it is a good plot just not as executed.

I’m a fan of monster movies like Godzilla, and i’m a fan of the first Pacific rim movie. Loved the direction they took the story in, and of course loved the action & special effects.

If u somehow liked the first one then you will like this one also! This one has a different tone to the movie possibly due to the new cast of actors or probably lower type of budget.

My husband loved this, we were not able to see it in theaters. He was very excited to be able to watch it on bluray. And we will always have the physical copy to watch whenever we want.

Obviously no one is going to watch this for the plot, so it's fun to watch big robots beat up the kaiju. It's only too bad Idris Elba isn't in this movie, but it's still fun to watch.

Being a fan of the original, I had high expectations for the sequel. Great visuals and sound but overall disappointing script. But who doesn't like huge robots fighting even bigger monsters?

Looks great on my "65 Samsung curve TV and sounds great on my Dolby atmos system. I didn't think it was as good as the first one but, it's worth adding to your collection of 4k movies.

This movie has a great image with some scene showing vibrant colors, especially with HDR. The movie's story could have been better but it was still a fun experience

If you like remote controlled robots fighting then this is your type of movie, the controlling of a huge robot is cool. The fight scenes & imagery were awesome as well!

This was a pretty good movie, well worth the watch but i do like these kinds of movies. It was as good as the original but not quite as much action, alittle better story.

Great actors, great graphics, great movie! It’s a good continuation from the first movie but has more action in this film with more monsters and machines.

I saw this in the movie theater and didn't enjoy it, I bought it just to add to my collection since it was in sale. Much to my surprise, I enjoyed it at home

Although it suffers similar to many sequels in not being quite able to catch the original's spark, this movie is still worth watching if you enjoyed the first one.

This is a good movie not great. It is a nice follow-up to its predecessor. Great CGI and the storyline was fine. If you enjoyed the first you enjoy the second.

The first one is better, but this isn’t bad. Seeing the Jaeger’s fight in daytime was a treat. Looks great in 4K, just wish it was full screen.
