A great, simple, super fun family movie, you won't regret buying this movie

Got this movie for my granddaughters and they LOVE watching it

My granddaughters enjoyed the movie immensely and I will give it a thumbs up .

Being a Paddington Bear collector for many years, I went to see the movie when it was released. Over 80% of the people in the theater were adults. Paddington Bear looked and acted so real in the movie, it was very easy to imagine he was real. I just had to get the video when it was released. This is definitely a keeper that you just can't possibly get tired of. A real classic to be enjoyed over & over again. The other characters in Paddington Bear are true to the books & this is another reason why this movie is so enjoyable.

I haven't read any of the Paddington books, but have seen the toy bears for sale for years. I love the story of an explorer discovering intelligent bears in Peru, teaching them to speak English, and a young bear travels to England when an earthquake destroys his home. An unwitting family takes him in and the adventures really begin, including an evil fem fatale (Nicole Kidman) & a curmudeonly neighbor (Peter Capaldi, the current Dr. Who), but the loving family teams together to outwit them.

i didn't have an opportunity to see this recent film in the theater so I purchased the DVD. I'm glad I did. The story of Paddington the bear has been told to generations of children. The DVD (movie) is very enjoyable and entertaining for both children and adults. Nicole Kidman takes on a different film role than she usually does, and that is a plus for this movie. highly recommend this DVD.

My husband watched this movie on TV late one evening and really liked it. We tried to find the movie, but could not find it anywhere. We looked online and found it here at best buy. I really liked the movie and was happy to add it to our large dvd collection. It is a good movie to watch when you are tired of violence, or horror movies that are offered on TV now.

This is not just a kids movie. It's a great family film. It shows you the origin of the name "Paddington" and why he wears the clothes that he does. The father of the family, at first, is not too pleased to have a bear living in the house. He soon learns to love Paddington, just lke the rest of the family. Nicole Kidman is great as the 'villian' of the movie.

Bought this on a whim for my kids and the whole family loved it! Nicole Kidman plays a crazed taxidermist who is trying to kidnap Paddington. She's pretty hilarious, but I don't think the somewhat scary kidnapping scenes would work for kids younger than five or six. My youngest is five and he had a lot of questions about why someone who works in a museum would want to kill an animal to stuff it...

This item contains just simple one DVD disk as product description. Movie is cute. Good for entertaining kids and adult. If you like paddington 2 you will like this episode too. If you are looking for something to spend good time with your family this might be nice movie to watch together.

This was a fantastic movie with a lot of very funny moments. The animation of Paddington and his aunt and uncle are so realistic you have to see it in Blu Ray. Don't buy the DVD. If you a Blu Ray capable player, upgrade and buy the Blu Ray disc. You will not be disappointed.

Forget reality, shootings, politics, etc. It's a delightful,sensitive enjoyable movie that has a lot going for it in terms of positive values and its great fun. With the BluRay enhanced on the 4K set it's just plain fantastic!

I loved the Paddington books as a child, and I was thrilled to share the character with my own son. He loved the film, and when we spotted this in the store he had to have it. Holds up well on repeat viewing, and still adorable.

Paddington is a great movie the entire family can enjoy. I found it enjoyable when seeing it in theatres and couldn't wait for the DVD release. It stars an impressive cast from Hugh Bonneville to Nicole Kidman that tally made the movie.

bought this for my grandson i haven't seen it yet waiting for my grandson to come so we can see it together but just watching the commercial it looks pretty funny and i no it is going to be a good movie to watch looking forward to see

read these books as a small child and was excited to be able to see this with my family. My littlest one to my oldest and wife enjoyed the tale and action. great fun to watch for sure. a must have addition to the family movie vault

Although this deviates greatly from the book, it is an enjoyable film for children. The plot line is simple and appealing for children under 9; they have returned again and again to watch this option. Overall a positive family choice with likable characters, no violence, and a gentle and engaging group of characters.

What a fun family movie night! We were pleasantly surprised by this quaint, joy-filled family movie. Paddington maintains a focus on joy and family in the midst of hardships. Great for all ages.

My mom loves to watch cute children's movies that she can re-watch with her grand and great-grandchildren. The price was right. And even better, I was able to use reward points to purchase it.
