Nice upgrade from z22 but does not support

a memory card bigger than 1.0 gb. I purchased 2.0 and e2 would not recognize it. Found out from researching Palm forums that it is limited to 1.0. There may be other issues with DST download but I will worry about that in the Fall when the time changes. I suggest reading the forums before making the purchase however at the sale price of $149, it's a deal if you can get 2 yrs out of it. They redesign so often, you'll want a new one then anyway.

This palm product is a great product, I can listen to music and at the same time do schoolwork or browse the web(Bought a wifi card to get on the web). Organize documents, contacts, media. You can download games and programs to help your needs, and the battery life is amazing, all in all this is an amazing product for the price given.

    Good Organizer, But No Phone

If you have a phone through your employer and just want an organizer, this will work very well. Nice ability to add programs for any need (including games). But if you want to consolidate the number of gadgets you caryy, hold out for similar device with phone and email.

I bought the Palm Tungsten for my husband for Christmas (2007) and he loved it. It was easy to use, small enough to carry in pocket, and convenient. Until it suddenly stopped working. He used it one morning and that afternoon it would not come on. It showed no signs of problems prior to this, it just quit after only having it for 5 months! He contacted Palm and their warranty is only 90 and there's a flat fee of $150 to fix any problems, regardless of what it is, which is not even worth it! It is ridiculous to pay $250+ for something that only lasts 5 months.

    Worsest gift ever

This product is horrible it cost almost 200.00 to have to further purchase more things to make it work. I could have spent 50.00 on an organizer. But i did get this as a gift to find out its not Vista compatiable, the things I have do not have the correct bluetooth (GMS,GPRS). I have a sprint phone with bluetooth but I can not use to connect to PDA. Why have a PDA that you can not use all the features it comes with. Seems like a good product but beware . I have WIFI but bluetooth and WIFI are separate things.

This palm is great. I use it for a lot of scheduling, appointments and college work. It makes a busy day less stressful with everything you need in the palm of your hand. I also think that it is great that you can password protect it so that all of your private information is safe. Just don't forget your password cause it will reset after 3 tries! I love it!

I'm a student nurse, and my clinical instructor let me use hers. It's easy to use. I've put this item on my Christmas wish list, so I will have it when I graduate in May. Thanks

I used this Palm in my class along with a class set of identical Palms. I loved it...until it came time to update the operating system on my computer. Palm offers absolutely no support for Vista 64-bit OS. Even those using Vista 32-bit system complain about the number of patches required to sync with the computer. If you only use a PDA for a calendar and address book, it will work for you, but if you ever plan to sync with your computer, I suggest looking at other options. From the run-around I've had with tech support, they have no plans of writing 64-bit compatible drivers...and they've been getting like-complaints for over a year now. Palm obviously has no plans of moving along with technology advances.

Palm refuses to address these issues, saying all Electronic devices have these issues. However, you can BUY programs that fix them (mostly)!!! I've bought two of these and two T|X's, and will never buy Palm again. I bought palm again and again because I'm familiar and already have the external software (Docs to go, several games, etc.), but won't give this company another dime.

I purchased two of these and they are both next to useless. I have sat for hours attempting to calibrate the screens to no avail. I feel sorry for any one else who purchases an E2
