Nice size microwave and it has been easy to use. It works great. We use it a lot.

Very pleased with this Panasonic Model. Heats evenly and quickly. Plenty of features I need to remind myself to use.Miss one feature my previous microwave had, which is a one touch 1 Minute button, which you push once and would automatically start, without having to push the start button. Everything else is right on target.

I love this microwave, i owned its predecessor for anout 8 years when it died on me. So i purchased this last year and its been holding up like a champ. Really cooks evenly, without overcooking or drying out our food. Its powerful so a little goes a long way.

I love this Panasonic microwave. Love pretty much everything about it. It's large enough so that I can get my largest platter/bowl in; it heats/reheats/thaws food fast; it's easy to clean and keep up, and one of the best things about it is that with all its bells, whistles and power, it's a compact size...always a good thing on a countertop. All in all, it was an excellent purchase

SN77HS replaced a 12 yo Panasonic 1100w microwave. The increased power is welcome, except for one item. The 3.5oz popcorn selection runs for 20 seconds too long, whereas the 1100w pre-set was perfect for popcorn. Yes, I know you are not supposed to leave when popcorn is in the micro, but who hasn't stepped away? It should not have taken much to adjust timing for this pre-set. I love the SN77HS. It has the same rotating platter as my old mw, and the pre-sets are in similar locations. I will be very happy if my new product lasts as long as the one it replaced!

NIce size and great power. I wish the key pad lit up.

This Panasonic 1.6 Cu Ft stainless & silver microwave replaced my smaller ten year old Kenmore and I am very pleased with it. The push button panel is easy to understand and use. The sound level while operating is average and the door has a very solid feel to it and it closes and locks firmly. I especially like and use the Sensor Cook button feature. On the inside door frame is a list of 14 items and the general time to cook them. The time is shown as a number i.e., frozen dinner is number 12. So you put the frozen dinner in the microwave, close the door a press the Sensor Cook button 12 times and then press start. The food will be heated to just the right temperature (in my experience) so there is no guessing about setting a timer. However, I found that the Sensor Reheat feature over-heats the food. I put a left-over rib eye steak in and then used the Sensor Reheat button and my steak was reheated too long, should have been maybe a minute less. I just use the timer now to reheat old meals and I don't mind that. I don't like my food scorching hot anyway. This microwave heats food very evenly as that is the reason for the "Cyclonic Inverter" feature. All in all, This Panasonic should serve me well for many years. I have been mostly pleased with the Panasonic items that I have owned through the past decades.

This replaces another Panasonic that we had for 10 years. It has many features our old one had which I loved like the defrost setting and large enough to fit a 9x13 casserole dish. The new one also has preset settings which work well. It’s quieter which is also positive. No negatives so far on this new microwave.

Easy to use. Good control panel. Powerful. Cooks quickly, well, and evenly. Downsides are that it is a bit louder than my old Panasonic, but nothing I can really complain about. Light inside is a bit dim, but can still see what is cooking. Overall I like it just fine.

This replaced an early Amana Radarange which had provide excellent service since the 80’s. It is very quiet and powerful, heating the contents much quicker than my previous model. I am very pleased with the purchase and highly recommend the product!

This is the second Panasonic Microwave we have had and it is excellent. The description of its features, and size were right on. And, the delivery promised by Best Buy was right on schedule. That was a key reason for purchasing from Best Buy, because it was promised one week earlier than any other company.

This microwave replaces a small wattage unit and we are very pleased with this one. The features are very useful and the size is perfect. It was hard to fine one that fit into the space we have for a microwave and this one is just the right size.

After a number of less than optimal excperiences with online purchases, i AM HAPPY TO PROVIDE A GLOWING REVIEW. The item arriverd in packaging that was sufficient and secure, even earlier than promised. It was easy to install, user friendly, no off-the-wall surprises, and we are enjoying the use of it without either perceived or real trauma. Than k you all VERY, VERY MUCH. Sincerely.

Panasonic microwave looks nice. Using the keypad will take some getting used to as it is different from GE. GE only lasted 20 months before magnetron went bad. Consumer reports says this one should be more reliable.

I would have given it five stars (so far) except for a couple of annoying little things: the interior light is so dim it is essentially useless, and I cannot read the clock from across the room probably because of the color of the display.

Right now after purchasing my Panasonic microwave, it’s working beautifully! I had previously a Panasonic microwave and it lasted for about 10 years! I had a 1300 watt, and me buying this microwave with 1250 watt, I see no difference! It’s heats up to its potential! Make sure you use microwaveable containers or plates and make sure you have it covered!

Keypad is not intuitive and the backlit display is not very bright, should be white or brighter.
