The door latch has been difficult to use from the beginning & now it doesn't go on unless you push in on the door & even then is intermittent. So, in less than a year we are looking again. This is the same model displayed here with Inverter.

Terrible microwave!

We opened the door only to find that the top door latch has fallen off!!!! We've only had the microwave for a year!!!!!!! Too much money paid for such a short period of time. Will never buy a Panasonic microwave again!!!!!

I was told I would have to take it to a repair shop and see if they could fix it! I would have to pay!! ALSO, the interior coating wears off and rusts. I would have rust flakes in my food. I'm extremely unhappy with this purchase
