The interior isn’t white, as shown. It’s dark gray. Not happy. No wonder so many reviews mention the dark interior and weak interior light! Not sure if I’ll keep it.

Works great large capacity dial is really convenient

Love the microwave. Whisper quiet. You don't even know it's on. I like the dial to set the timer vs a keypad. Also like the quick minute button. Opening the door was confusing at first. But I can say that is a nice safety feature. 3.5 months of use and it failed. Loud clicking noise when turning on. Magnetron is failing. Repairs or replacement is next. Bummer.

Excellent microwave. The light is a little dim like others have said but you can still see inside when the food is cooking. Heats everything up extremely fast. Just be careful of the popcorn button. You will need to stop it 30 seconds prior so that it doesn’t burn.

Overall the microwave is great! It looks good and as far as we can tell it heats fine. The grey interior does make it harder to see and it could use a brighter light. The stainless does seem to attract fingerprints, but as long as you wipe it down often it should stay nice.

Bought this as a replacement for a similar Panasonic inverter microwave, which finally quit after a respectable 15 years. So far, it's been just as good as the old one. Just one slightly annoying safety feature on the new one: have to press a button to unlock the door after using it.

Purchased the last Panasonic with Inverter over ten years ago, and when it came time to replace it, we did with the same type Inverter model. It always worked well and heated food up very evenly, which is the most important feature. The last one was essentially trouble-free. Minor fixes, due to age, such as light bulbs or door switch were easily done. Easy to use and the various options such as defrosting and power levels are something we use all the time. However ... the dark grey interior is awful as it is hard to see what needs cleaning, unless that was the plan! Also, the new "no" watt light with the combination of the dark interior, which does not provide light reflection, add to make it extremely difficult to look inside to view the cooking progress, especially heating liquids, as the cooking time varies. Whoever had these great improvement ideas needs to be given a "bad puppy" reprimand. Why changes for the sake of changes? Don't fix what works. Overall a great microwave and would recommend it, having used other microwaves made by other companies over the years that did not come close to the even cooking of foods and ease of use as this one.

Best microwave in the world! We have had ours for 4 years now. It is used heavily by a family of (4) who are at home more than we should be lol. This machine cooks very fast, and has not failed! I love this microwave.

My decades-old microwave oven died, and in comparison this is definitely a better and more powerful appliance. The inverter technology allows fine control of power levels. It takes some usage to get used to the turn knob for setting the duration, but there's also a quick press button for one minute timing. I haven't fully tested the humidity sensor based cooking, but it works well for baked potatoes and frozen veggies. pluses: large capacity, high power minuses: dark interior, stainless steel exterior highlights fingerprints

Cooks very fast and reliably but i find the software door lock annoying.

The interior light is small and dim. The interior is grey enamel instead of stainless and makes things seem even dimmer. The knob is a great way to set the time but it feels flimsy and doesn’t rotate smoothly. It doesn’t remember preferences through power outages and the only chance to set them is the first time you touch it after power is restored. It’s powerful, relatively intuitive to use and has decent, but not overwhelming, cooking options.

This Microwave seems to perform well. I am somewhat familiar with this brand and used this purchase to replace a 4 year old Panasonic that quit working. The cooking features are great. However, the lack of of a bright interior light really distracts from this item. For this I did deduct one star, giving this 4 out of 5 stars.

Purchased March 15, 2024 online via Best Buy and it worked great for seven months. Then while preparing some baked potatoes it stopped and tripped the circuit breaker. Reset the circuit breaker and tried turning it on, instantly tripped the breaker. Tested on another outlet which was on a different breaker, same behavior. I contacted Panasonic customer support (online) and was told it would be covered. Provided multiple photos along with filling out a questionnaire of what happened, how I was using it, etc. Was told I would hear back in seven days, I never heard back. Contacted Panasonic via a webform, never heard back. While I could have followed up even more times, life got busy and I ultimately ended up buying a different microwave from a different brand. I will only purchase from companies that stand behind their products.

This was an open box purchase and the microwave is like brand new. Everything works perfectly and there's no damage to the front or sides of the unit. Very pleased.

I’ve had this microwave for a couple months now and it replaced a Panasonic microwave that I had for 8 years. I loved the old one but it started just shutting off. This one is great but you can hear the fan start up and the gray inside makes it dark but I still love it. Panasonic is the best.
