Bought this as a replacement for a similar Panasonic inverter microwave, which finally quit after a respectable 15 years. So far, it's been just as good as the old one. Just one slightly annoying safety feature on the new one: have to press a button to unlock the door after using it.

Love this microwave so far... works great, the only thing I dont like is you have to use the unlock button to open door. Would be great for someone with small children

This microwave is a " replacement " for an existing machine that was 13 years old. So it was a " near identical " one to the one that needed replacement... It installed beautifully and runs well and the existing face plate ( trim kit ) fit over it perfectly.. Your salesman was very helpful and we completed the deal in less than 15 minutes... THANKS to Best Buy !!!

Microwave oven purchased from Best Buy.

After our old Panasonic Microwave stopped working after 20+ years of NO issues, we decided once againto purchase this 2.2 cubic feet unit recently. The unit was bought from Best Buy on Stevens creek store in San Jose. The unit was easy to install and very easy to use. I will recommend this unit to anyone. ramu M

Not the same quality

This is a replacement for our 15 year old Panasonic. The quality is so much less. You can feel the difference when you close the door. Seems insubstantial compared to my old microwave. The interior is dark, not white, so it seems more difficult too seek out the splashes,etc. In order to open the door after using they have thrown in another step.

Starting March 2024 the Federal law required Microwave Ovens to be equipped with an electronic door lock safety function. The oven door is “locked” automatically after it's use to prevent burns, access and accidentally operated by children or anyone unfamiliar with its use when removing hot food or beverages after cooking. The door lock function can be turned off by pressing Defrost, then Timer and then Popcorn within 10 seconds. Your feedback helps us improve, and we thank you for taking the time to share it. - F
