This replaces a white 12 year old Panasonic. My biggest gripe about this microwave is the blue LED display. Impossible to see in daylight and at night it seems to be blurry and still hard to read. My old one had a bright white very readable display. Wife wanted the stainless steel but I hate it due to constantly cleaning fingerprints. Bought the trim kit off Amazon and got it next day, same price as BB.

Bought this open box to replace a similar Panasonic model that lasted over 10 years. Box was in bad shape but microwave didn’t have a scratch and works great! Best Buy still the best place to find the best brands at great prices.

Great microwave, replaced a GE microwave that only lasted 2 years

If you fool me once, shame on you but if you fool me twice, shame on me. So goes the adage. Indeed, shame on me. We had a Panasonic microwave oven that conked out. It had multiple problems with its door but finally, it completely failed. On August 2, we purchased a high-end 2.2 CFT Panasonic microwave oven. For the past three weeks, it has not been heating my morning tea properly. I ignored it but today, the oven stopped working. The error code H98 advises us that its power supply has failed. So, tomorrow morning I must contact the repair shop and hopefully (since it is still under warranty), we can get it repaired. Any appliance that develops problems within six months coveys a clear message to the customer base. The message is (1) the design of the product is flawed, (2) its manufacturing is of poor quality, (3) the quality control is inadequate and perhaps more likely, (4) all the above three. Since this is the second time that a Panasonic microwave oven has failed on us, shame on me for buying this product. As an engineer, I will be very cautious about purchasing another Panasonic product. Trust, once broken, is hard to reassemble.

I order this product over two years ago. As I logged into my account. To check on appliance deals. I notice this message (please update payment info they are unable to process my payment) I check my transactions infact I paid February 22, 2023 it was delivered march 7, 2023 payment cleared from pending march 8,2023 . Please keep any receipts you have from best buy . If you have any credit card on file it’s safe to delete it off your account as they will try to double charge you.

I purchase the Panasonic microwave upon advice of Best Buy. It heats really quickly and is very large inside. It has a very sleek look.

I bought this for curbside pick up. Immediately upon opening the box there was a dent. I never got to use the microwave, so I can’t speak on how it performs. It seems very delicate and flimsy and can see why there was a dent. I would be afraid to touch this thing for fear that I might break it. Not to mention it is expensive . I was only going to get it because I had $100 Best Buy rewards and it was on sale
