defrost food great. fairly easy to use. the one flaw the touch dial which pretty much everyone hates Panasonic has replaced with a traditional knob.

Sometimes you really have to argue your point with the sales people, and it depends who you get. this was last years model but had read some people liked the controls better. They did not want to warranty because the said all I could get was remainder of original purchase date. Be prepared to walk. I was able to get a new warranty and further discount because it was discontinued.

Everyone in the house loves this microwave. It's large and powerful. The only problem are the feet, of all things!!! They do not level the microwave well at all.

The Stainless Steel finish looks really nice, and works quite well. My only criticism would be that it has a bit of a learning curve to operate.

This Panasonic microwave cooks so evenly, there are nearly no splatters when reheating leftovers or when melting butter. When meat is thawed, there are no partially cooked outside areas. The cooking is very even and consistent. Thanks and kudos to the folks at Panasonic.

Good Panasonic microwave.Switched to Panasonic over a decade ago and had been going back to them (this is my 2rd one.) Quality seems to be going down - flimsy door hinges and not sure of the touch panel - can be annoying at times. Would recommend with the above caveats.

Overall I love this microwave well worth the money spent so far no glitches. Have to use the proper microwaveable dishes it works well. The screen displays the instructions as you press keys it prompts you to press start. And if you hit a wrong entry it displays what you need to enter

This microwave, is a microwave of the future, a touch screen on a microwave? Sounds too good right? But it is done with this model, amazing technology intertwined with a great aesthetic appeal. Must have for those who are in the market for a great microwave with a spin of new tech.

The dial control takes a little getting used to but operation is simple enough. I am very pleased with the sensor reheating. Reheats food quickly and evenly. Just press the SENSOR REHEAT and START buttons. Doesn't have an ADD 30 SECONDS button. Otherwise best microwave Ive had.

I love this microwave it makes my life easier especially in a very busy kitchen. It cooks evenly . I have no complaints on any of the many features this microwave has.

I just purchased this microwave not too long ago and I'm hoping it will last longer than the last two GE microwave ovens. It replaces a wall unit so it gets a bit expensive having to replace both the oven and the trim kit. The microwave is great at defrosting - better than other ovens. The dial takes getting used to - I would have preferred buttons- but didn't want to get another GE.

Heats evenly--great features- took me awhile to get use to all the features, but I have mastered them. Keep the direction pamphlet handy if you need help in operating it. I am a senior citizen and I am enjoying using this microwave. It is so improved over previous ones.

Say goodbye to numbers !! The time touchpad is awesome !!

I bought a Panasonic 2.2 cu. ft. Microwave for my Mom 10 years ago. It just quit working this week. It was able to feed a large family. It was easy to clean and still looked nice after 10 years of moderate to heavy use. I am hoping that the same model 10 years later will give the same service. I do like the buttons better than the touch pad, but time will tell if they hold up. The sensor reheat is great as is the turbo defrost.

Got this microwave a week ago. Took a little getting used to the touch circle for time but after a few uses it gets easier. The quick minute button is a very nice feature. Good looking, accurate cooking times and temps, things come out cooked correctly. Replaced an old Whirlpool and this is such a nicer quality and looking oven. Also got the NN TK922SS Trim kit. Not a perfect fit as the trim kit is made for a number of Panasonic Micros, but it's OK and looks very clean and neat.

I purchased this microwave a little more than a year ago and it has already broken and will not turn on all the time, only when it wants too. I am so disappointed because it was good for awhile then just stopped working altogether. Waste of $300. Now I have to buy another microwave.

First thing out of the box I tried setting the time, well, on microwaves with a keypad this is a 5 second task. On this microwave since there isn't a keypad you have to use the touch-sensitive dial which is enormously aggravating. It took 2 minutes to try and spin the silly touch-wheel to get the correct time. The same goes for setting cook time and power levels. If this had a normal keypad I'd keep it, instead it's going right back for an exchange for a normal microwave. A good example of form over function, which is not a good thing for a microwave.
