Panasonic - Arc5 Wet/Dry Electric Shaver- I have used this Panasonic Arc5 for the past 6 weeks in order to leave a useful review. "Phenomenal" if I had to sum it up in one word. I would not change anything about this shaver. I have a light to medium beard, and I can actually obtain a razor close shave within 3 minutes. If I'm in a hurry, 90 seconds gives a terrific shave, however, I really enjoy utilizing the Shaver for the full 3 minutes. I have shaved with a (upper-end) Braun previously, a Norelco rotary for several years and for the past two years, I've used a disposable razor. The Arc5 is such an enjoyable product to use! Glad that I made this purchase, and I highly recommend the Panasonic Arc 5.

Works really well. Quiet, close shave, easy in the hand, etc. No complaints at all on performance and actually was pleasantly impressed with how it works compared to my old panasonic Arc3

Great Electric Shaver! This is my "First" electric shaver I've ever bought as I've been using safety razors all my life. I was skeptical at first because of all the reviews that it doesn't cut as close as a real razor but what better way to disprove that than to actually try one. Off course, I did all my research first to see what brand is the best and this one was the winner! This shaver cuts just as close as my 5-blade safety razor. I bought this mainly for dry shaving and it worked great. No more messy shaving creams for me! If you doubt this shaver (or any shaver), try it first. Would I recommend this? Yes. Pros: Cuts close Cuts fast Works best (for me) when dry shaving Cons: A bit difficult to shave mustache area because width of shaver head.

This works good enough to get a good shave, but I hardly think its worth the money. This slightly outperforms my old phillips electric spinning blade shaver, and that was like 20 dollars. The foil shaver part of it works best with shorter hair, once it gets so long youll have trouble cutting with it. Also it only seems to want to cut on the flattest parts of the face, and it does that well. But trying to shave the neck and less flat areas it really struggles. I usually end up using the flip up trimmer to get those parts. Overall its not terrible, but i feel like this was a waste of money. After having this for a little over a year it is starting to show signs of wear on the trimmer, it gets jammed up and then doesnt move every once in a while. You do have to clean and oil it every single time u use it, and that can be a pain, but it is easy enough. If i could go back, i wouldve just got a cheaper one.

I've only used razor for shaving in the past. A day into my beard growing my family would complain about my beard stabbing them. 3 days of growth and my face would be irritated and flaky because of it. This electric razor changed all that. I get no irritation or the flaking it caused afterward. Life changing. I have very thick beard hair. It handles 1 day of growth well, 2 days it misses more. It's not a big deal though because I just go after the stray hairs with a trimmer. This shaver is not perfect, but it does an overall great job. I also use it on my head which has thinner hairs, and it handles that with no issues.

Great shaver and a definite improvement over the earlier model. This shaver cuts close and is very easy to clean which is a great bonus. I would definitely buy it again.

This machine is very flexible and can shave all the areas of the face in a very smooth way. Yo can use in wet and dry and not need to charge the battery very often. I like it.

Closer than this I cant imagine. Is super smooth and quiet, ni wsy there is anything better.

Very light weight, smaller size than other brands, sharp shave with comfort.

I've been using this a couple of weeks now and I really like it. Good close shave without taking very long. Big step up from my previous electric. Very comfortable to use.

Does the job and gives you one of the closest shaves an electric razer is capable of. Its comfortable easy to use and very easy to clean I would recommend this.

This is my second ARC5. This generation has given me the closest shave I've had from an electric shaver. I've had Norelco, Braun, and Panasonic Arc3 and an older generation Arc5. This version of the Arc5 provides a smooth and quiet shave.

I've had this for almost a year, and I like it. I decided to buy the one without the integrated cleaning base to save a couple bucks. Honestly, cleaning it after shaving takes about 15 seconds, so I'm kind of glad I didn't spend the extra money on the cleaning base. I was previously using a regular Gillette razor with shaving cream, and decided to give an electric one a try. It's convenient being able to wake up and just shave my face without getting it wet. No, it does not get as close as the Gillette. But it's good enough for me.

What can I say? It works. Wet or dry. It’s easy to clean too. The battery lasts pretty long. No issues here. Saves time as I can shave while doing something else.

Easy to use and high quality made. Switched from rotary to this and first couple days was a bit tough but later found it's charm. Highly recommend for rotary friends.

A much better shave than ANY Noxxxxo electric shaver, even better than my long-time favorite Brxxn! Should be a first choice to consider!

Best electric razor I've ever owned, hands down, not even close to other electric razors I've owned. I have a tough thick beard and it takes it down to smooth quickly and razor close/smooth. It's amazing how comfortable the shave is. No pulling, burn, discomfort during or after shave. Only used the razor dry. Yes, a few hairs on my face remain I have to work a bit on if I have many days of growth but I've had the same issue on every electric razor I've owned, no big deal, just run the razor over my face on several different angles to get those.

Solid electric shaver that cut smooth and close in wet and dry (particularly in wet mode). Easy to clean and maintain on daily basis.
