Despite my low overall rating, I like to believe this Panasonic electric toothbrush with recent ionic technology and performance options is one of the superior ionic toothbrush available currently. My low rating was only due to the main unit was not getting power supply or getting charged and even the battery charging indicater was not showing any sign while charging and the main unit was not switching on (even I tried plugging different places). I think it was an isolsted case of defective charging unit and not the brush itself. I have reordered/even exchanged the item but not yet arrived by mail. I can provide more accurate information once I use my new brush by next week or so.

Notexactly what I thought I was buying. It doesn't feel as though it is cleaning my teeth and the vibrations make my moth feel strange and I just really don't like it. But you can't return something you have used, so I'm stuck with it.

Works great but only complaint is finding replacement heads.

This is a replacement for an older Panasonic toothbrush that lasted almost 20 years and is still going strong. I wanted to get one that had showed when the battery was run down. This one is about 1/2 the weight of my old one, and a lot lighter than even the sonic care, braun ones. The Panasonic cleans my teeth without any fuss -- the soft start is great, and the ionic part is a real plus. The unit is also not very tall -- about 3/4 the size of other electronic toothbrushes. The brushes are available from Panasonic and other places. Will be able to replace them easily when needed. The travel case is a good extra. I am very happy with this unit.
