Same door issues as others have mentioned. The plastic hinge inside the door has 2 inserts that fit into place. We've been through 2 sets of those hinges in 4 1/2 months.

Did not last 6 months, then I had to use my geek squad warranty that suck. You guys should replace unit one for one or don't sell it at all.

To many restrictions to use all of the features such as onlybuse this for air fry and not for miceowave and other things...too expensive.
