    I bought this phone and an extension phone for the retail store. The phone is connected to a VoiP telephone line. The connection is there, but it is a bit annoying from static and staccato drops in audio. That is probably due more to the Internet connection than the phone itself, however I do have FIOS Internet service, so I can't believe it is a speed issue.

    This phone is expensive to just have one phone and no ability to purchase another phone. I should have purchases any brand with two phones and a longer electrical wire.. If had a longer wire I can move it in a higher location.
