I returned this item because it was not what I wanted. My Panasonic phone system is cordless. the new handsets arrived with cords and the need to be plugged in. I don't know whether the Best Buy agent who ordered the expansion handsets for me picked the wrong thing or the wrong thing was shipped. Best Buy accepted the return graciously and applied full credit to something else I was buying I will purchase the appropriate item when I have time to shop in person and make sure it is what I want. Quantity was 2. I have handsets in my office and beside the chair where I read newspapers; I wanted one for the dining table -- to avoid getting up to answer the one beside my easy chair -- and in the bedroom where my Princess phone continues to ring without voice announcement.

I needed an extension for my phone system and to my surprise Best Buy still carried this. It works great with my older phone system.

I already have the Panasonic phone base with four phone handsets. The base says you can have up to six handset to one base. I put the battery in and followed directions to link it to the base it's easy.

Received this item as promised. Love the phone, but have had trouble with the speaker going out in the past. That is the reason I ordered two new sets

Just put the phone on the Main Unit & hit Locator. The system adds your personal phone numbers. Set your ringer volume. What could be easier!

Originally, I purchased the VTech model and it was complicated to set up and did not have a 2.5mm jack for when you want to use a wired headset. It would only work with bluetooth only. This phone rocks! Does what it says that it will do. Perfectly and easily links with my bluetooth cell phone. If someone is on the land line on one handset, someone else can answer a cell phone call from another handset at the same time. Easy to choose which one you want to dial from - land line or cell phone. Easy link with cell - phone book. If you link 2 cell phones at the same time, you can only answer one cell through the handset - no biggie. Again, 1 cell linked and you can answer it even if someone else is on another handset through the land line. No need to have both phones strapped to you. One really unique feature. If you take a call from your cell through the handset but need to leave, it will allow you to transfer the call from the handset to the cell phone so you can leave the house.

Adding another handset is easy. Pairing is made simple, and you can even pair your mobile phone to the device. When your cell rings, you can answer it with the handset!

Easy connection to base and other phones Good sound quality on these phones. Setting time and phone numbers all show up on all phones with this system. Good features. Have not used cell phone/blue tooth connections...

We needed one more extension for the existing Panasonic phone system, and this one works great. I bought it online, picked it up in person and set it up in seconds. Now we have phones everywhere that we need them. . . . for now.

Great phones. My only suggestion is to put the volume control on the side so it can be adjusted while listening.

I have a 2-handset Panasonic cordless phone and bought this extra handset. Sync'd up and works great.

The phone makes an echo and a rattle, and is difficult to talk on. It dials painfully slowly. The VOICE that tells who is calling is annoying. A terrible phone. Don't buy it.
