A year ago we bought a low end Panasonic phone system and we got what we paid for ---cheap poor quality equipment. This one is much better.

This phone is easy for the technologically challenged! Set up is quick. The range throughout the two story house and outside is exceptional. Our only complaint is that it is small and therefore hard for our aging eyes to read the caller ID. The battery is great and the charger is small and takes up little space.

Panasonic has perfected wireless phones for the home. The ease of set-up and use is there trademark. This system is extremely light wieght and durable.

i like this expansion headset. it works well with my existing phone system, but the price is a drag. i wish i had bought the 4 headset system to begin with and i would've saved some money.

Great addition to the 2 line cordless system bought at the same time. Small base, lightweight, clear audio.

We enjoy the range and ease of use. There are multiple users and I am not tied to a wire in my office!

I was just visiting the Best Buy site to purchase another phone and had to add this review. This phone is GARBAGE! I experienced the same as another reviewer - it goes blank, goes from being fully charged to dead, it would turn off when I put the phone on speaker - simply unusable. I purchaed the expandale set - base plus 3 headsets, spent over $150 and less than a year later I am having to buy another phone set. This phone actually only worked for a very short period of time!. Do not waste your money buying this phone! I would have to say that this is the worst Panasonic product I have ever purchased and truly disappointing.

This phone works GREAT. Maybe the other reviewer didn't charge it up. I just took one outside to a distance of greater than 50 feet and it worked fine on both lines.

At first these phones were great. But, after less than a year they started just going blank and shutting off completely for no reason. The batteries were replaced and always showed a full charge but the phones would just suddenly go dead and then take awhile to reconnect to the base.

I've had these for about a week now. Their performance has been well received by the household. With two teenage girls in the house, phones are VERY important, and these live up to the task.
