Horrible Product & Best Buy Customer Service

Product suddenly stopped working after two weeks of use. Spent two hours and talked to 10 Best Buy online representatives, including small appliance and printers, yet, I received no help in getting item repaired. Took item into store, still no help. I purchased a television and printer during same time frame. I expected better customer service. I will never buy another product from Best Buy again. After further sleuthing, the telephone system Best Buy sold me was a "discontinued" Panasonic item.
