This was an excellent find in store when I needed a land line based phone for work. I needed a land line phone that could use a headset and this phone fits that bill to a T. and since it has 3 phones and 2 extra chargers, I don't have to worry about my phone charge dieing while working, I can switch it out for another one in seconds.

They work great, not a single problem, very simple to use.

I love the handsets overall, however I don't like when the battery starts to get low it will hang up your call unexpectedly. Even sometimes when the battery is not lowit just drops the car and it's not the phone service it is the phones because it was not doing that with the previous phones I had other than that I love many many features of these phones.
