I bought the latest set because the movers had packed my old (5+ years) ones somewhere that I couldn't find, and I needed landlines. These are slightly more comfortable to hold than the old ones, and the buttons are bigger (which is a good thing for aging eyes!). If you need a good basic cordless phone set that works with voicemail, has talking caller ID, and holds a charge, you'll like this set.
