The original purchase failed within 6 months, and of course, I didn't have my original receipt. Warranty with Panasonic is worthless without receipt. With the replacement set I also purchased the 2 year warranty with Best Buy. I would recommend to a friend but only if they purchased the additional warranty, and keep their receipt

Better than past phone system

Belt clip covers the speaker, which knocked out some of the sound if speaker is on. Navigator key is much easier to use than the past phone system. Easy to set up and easier to use than past phone system. Like the easier call block button.

Best feature is Blocked Call, really works with one push of a button. Significantly reduced solicitor calls. Also has built in phone book and intercom. Very handy phone system.

Great phone system

After 11 years, it started getting unreliable. Calls would drop out while you were talking. So I went with another Panasonic with newer technology. We love it.
