I find that the sound quality is not as sharp as I would like it to be.

Seems slow in dialing, too many steps to get to action step.

I purchased this phone to replace a previous Panasonic phone that I had close to 20 years. The sound quality is horrible, the batteries don’t charge properly and there are several other issues with unit.

On 12/03 15 I purchased a KX-TGE245B and on 01/15/16 the KX-TGE240 base unit failed due to a defect. On 01/17/16 I purchased a KX-TGE445B and the PNLV226 AC adapter was defective out of the box. While reviews of cordless phone systems continue to indicate a high standing for Panasonic systems, my personal experience is certainly counter to that. The unfortunate similarity of the effects of these two defects (two dead base stations) caused us considerable downtime and frustration. I would continue to recommend Panasonic for those in need of a cordless phone system, but my sense is that all the manufacturers are putting less focus on the quality of their components, or the quality of their manufacturing process - or both.

I purchased this phone after contacting Panasonic, the maker of my previous land-line phone system. They recommended the specific make/model etc.to be compatible with my modem. After installing the unit as instructed I was not able to make, or receive, any phone calls, although the phone line tested OK and continued to provide my wi-fi. After several weeks of problems, Panasonic techs. said the phone must be returned to them for repairs. I'm looking for my store receipt so that I can return it to Best Buy for refund, and replace it with something else. The Panasonic tech. assistance was useless; the equipment itself was worthless. I have no criticism of Best Buy company.

The sound is tinny and it echos when on speaker phone. Have had other Panasonic phones with no problems just this not crazy about.

Panasonic web site is difficult to use for contacting a agent to help with troubleshooting.

Don't know why everything has to be so complicated.

I would not buy this phone again. My old Panasonic phones had better sound and we could understand the messages that are left for us.

low voice bearlly can hear the caller and if their noise next to me i totally can't hear anything

Didn't like it. Returned to store and exchanged for a different brand.

The service was excellent and the staff was extremely professional.

These phones were purchased for my parents who like having a phone in almost every room of the house. The volume of the ringers and the sound quality from the earpiece are great. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because of the time it took for installation and training the elders. The size of the text on the phone was great, but walking them through all of the features was lengthy.

Got this for att atthe office. It works well. We love it. The price was right. It was a good choice.

Setup was very easy. Great build quality and call quality! Very simple to use!

Phones work good and easy to install, but every call turns on a msg on every phone saying there is a voicemail, but really there is no voicemail.
