I purchased this camera while visiting the US and did not discover the 2nd SD card slot has a bent pin. Now Panasonic/Lumix wont' honor the warranty in Europe because Best Buy didn't give me the required Tourist Warranty Card, according to Lumix support. So now I can't figure out how to get warranty support.

I recently just bought the camera and asked if theres any deal on accessories for my camera they told me no and just 2 days after I found out it was bundled with a lense and they wont sell me the lense for bundled price. As a member they can’t even help me with that
