    I am dissatisfied with this item. After one week, the microwave starting turning off before the cycle and stopped working. The 90-day warranty only allows you to take the merchandise to a repair shop vs. a replacement. I've been without a microwave for 3 weeks because the repair shop is waiting for a part. First off, ordering online so the merchandise can be delivered was to prevent carrying it up and down many levels of stairs. It breaks down in a week and I end up carrying it anyway because of the warranty guidelines? Not a good deal after all.
