I rated this microwave as poor due to the design. I just had this microwave installed. What should have been a 20 minute job took an hour and a half. The cord is in the front, so it made it difficult to almost impossible, to line it up on the brackets because of the cord laying on the top of microwave. The hole the cord must go through is in the back of the cabinet. Why would the designers not realize that a cord in the front requires the entire cord to be placed on top of the microwave all the way to the back where the hole in the cabinet resides? And, get this, the instructions actually state that you shouldn't pinch the cord! I don't know how he finally did it, but it took the two of us--me helping to hold the cord and holding the microwave on one end, while he shoved it into place (finally). All designers should be required to install their products before final production. Then the template was off by a half inch, so the installer had to drill new holes in the top of the cabinet in order to secure the microwave in place. Haven't used it yet, but so far I am underwhelmed. I hope it works well and for a long time for all this trouble.

Microwave was a replacement for an older model which worked for five years before the "magnatron" blew. They warranty it for five years, oh well. Microwave works great and looks great. It runs pretty quiet, we use the night light feature as well. Dial makes it easy to set desired time. My favorite is the sensor reheat, just put in anything, whole chicken breast, leftovers, etc, and microwave heats it to the perfect temperature, i use it all the time. Also the "quick minute" button is used frequently in our family as well.
