Not good for precision adjustment

Worked great...for 6 months.

Then it never turned on again for some reason. It did snag from time to time but was good money for the value and the wet/dry ability was great. I’d be giving it five stars if it still worked but purchased end of April and died end of October is not an acceptable life for a product like this. Maybe I just got unlucky.

Not impressed at all

Had it a couple weeks now, used it a handful of times. This thing does not cut through hair very well. It snags my beard on the 8mm setting, doesn't cut close when you take off the guard, definitely doesn't hold a charge for 3 hours, more like 30 mins maybe, and the charging station is almost useless if you have sideways outlets. I would order something else if given the chance. But I'm on Guam with no bestbuy for 5-6k miles, so I'll just deal with this til it annoys me to the point of tossing it and getting another. Just not worth it at all.

Is OK but it could be better

The setting to change the style of beard u want was not that accurate I did a five and still shave my beard low u have to use it in a certain angle if u lay it flat in your face your going to shave your beard into a number one style.

Missing an accessory & long battery charging time

However, it comes with only one accessory but also the battery charging time is too long(20hrs). You will never know it is fully charged or not because the charging Indicated light is always red NEVER turn to Green once you plug in it.

Tough for thick hair on neck
