Posted .Dear customer, thank you for your review. All trimmers perform best when your hair has a reasonable, manageable length. A solution would be to shave more often or to use a regular trimmer beforehand and reduce the length of the hair or before usage to make sure you cleaned and lubricated your shaver. We would also recommend trying the shaver wet, as this works more effectively for many of our customers and use it with shaving cream or gel
Great shaver, but a couple of disappointments

This is a very good, easy to use, wet-dry shaver. Two small things with this new model. I wish the interior color was also a light color, to more easily clean. Also, the power/charger is a bit bulky and kludgy to work with. Hence 4 stars instead of five.

Best Trimmers I've Had, Love Only One Attachment

I didn't like the hassle of other trimmers with a nose trimmer, 6 guards, and another two or three types of heads. Would buy again, but this appears to hit the sweet spot of being affordable and a quality product that will last.

Terrible product

I actually shaved my entire beard w/ a straight razor (removed it) because this left my face looking like a poor mangy dog. Worst trimmer i've ever used.

Posted .Thank you for your review! We recommend to treat yourself to wet lather shaves for at least three weeks and notice the difference. Your Panasonic WET/DRY shaver requires a little time to get used to because your skin and beard need about a month to adjust to any new shaving method. Start shaving by applying gentle pressure to your face. Stretch your skin with your free hand and move the shaver back and forth in the direction of your beard. You may gently increase the amount of pressure as your skin becomes accustomed to this shaver. Applying excessive pressure does not provide a closer shave.
