Charger is awkward as it forced you to mount your shaver to an outlet when charging. BestBuy indicated that it comes with a travel pouch. It does not. I had a Norelco for years that was far superior to this.

Best beard mauler I’ve used

I couldn’t even finish trimming before it ran out of a full charge. I was left with a half trimmed beard and ended up having to shave it all off with a disposable razor. Do not buy!

This thing actually sucks

I can’t even express how frustrating this thing is. I’ve tried everything and it still fails to trim my beard evenly. DO NOT BUY. I’ve tried multiple trimmers and I figured this would be an upgrade over the $20 Phillips trimmer I used to have, but I was COMPLETELY WRONG.

Poor Quality

Unfortunately with this model with the guard off it pulls out my hairs and is very painful. I haven't had this with the previous model. I'm very disappointed!

The operation time is very poor.

It's impossible to do anything ! I definetly don't recommend this product.

Fragile - Breaks easily

not good for trimming thick hair

It takes longer to trim and the hair don't get trimmed evenly as they did with Norelco. I will never buy it again

Love the incremental length sizes

I use it upwards not downwards and don't have any issues. Only downside is the charger which is rather large and requires the shaver to be installed on it while its plugged in charging.
