Better sound quality than expected.

I am satisfied with my purchase, and this system works great for playing my old CD's. The sound is fine for listening in one room and is much better than the boom box system I previously bought. One negative is that the components are cheaply made and I do not expect them to last a long time. For now, it works well for my purposes and it is acceptable for the price.

Best Buy Customer Support, "Not My Problem"

We can chalk the three up to FedEx. Received notification wrong address. Called Best Buy - "not my problem, call the marketplace vendor, Panasonic". Panasonic says "we let them know address correct". FedEx says wrong address can't deliver. Had to go to FedEx and pick up my package. 3 customer service desk - minimum help at best. Unit sounds decent for my needs.

Perfect little bedroom stereo

If you're looking for a relatively inexpensive yet attractive small scale stereo, look no further. Sounds great, works great, and actually TURNS OFF THE LCD PANEL when it's turned off. Lights are not terrible when it's on, though I do block the screen with post it notes for sleep. Excellent CD playback.

Would have given the 5 stars but find the screen a bit small. I am older and struggling with eyesight issues. The sound on this is great and picks up stations clearly. I haven't used the CD player yet but expect excellent things from it.

Just the right size, power and sound

Bought it for the downstairs in my little condo. With tile floors and a fair amount of glass, too it would be echo producing if I’d bought a higher powered unit. The Panasonic fits my space and sounds great.

Perfect for my space! Fits on the entertainment center right under the smart TV. Sound is great. Paired with Bluetooth immediately. The only thing I need is a longer antenna to get radio. My problem... nothing wrong with the unit. Price was fantastic.

Great product! Seamless use right out of the box with Bluetooth connectivity, CD player and USB. Sound is great for CDs for my small space and i occasionally use it to watch movies on my iPad. Overall i recommend this as I am starting to get back into physical media.

Bought this to replace an old Bose Wave that had started skipping tracks. This is a great upgrade, and the added Bluetooth ability to listen to podcasts as I work around the house is a plus.
