If you purchase an item that comes with a free trial pandora subscription make sure that you cancel it as soon as you can if you don't want to be charged after the free trial expires. You will be charged for the next month even if you never activate the pandora account. When I called to complain I was bluntly told that I should've read my receipt more clearly. I explained that I saw the free trial offer but normally if someone doesn't activate the account that there wouldn't be anything to charge. Best buy just simply charged the card that I purchased my Anker earbuds with. To me that is very shady

Received as a trial with separate purchase. Never activated it so it would not start and I would not be charged. This NOT the case. YOU WILL BE CHARGED UNLESS YOU CANCEL. Cancelling must also be done over the PHONE, not conveniently online. It took two days, two scheduled calls (one was three hours late during lunch that I missed), and speaking with four associates. Three associates said refund and cancel was possible. The actual subscription associate refused to give a refund for contractual reasons. TLDR: Must cancel yourself and over the phone with Best Buy. They will not give refunds because of contract no matter how inconvenienced.

Didnt even know i activated this. Never used it. Please make these prompt before renewing.

This subscription is pre activated and it starts billing after the free trial if you forget to cancel it.

VERY POOR TASTE OF BESTBUY TO ADD THIS TO MY ORDER AND MONTHLY CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD EVENTHOUGH I DID NOT ACTIVATE THIS PRODUCT! I HAVE BEEN GETTING CHARGED FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT WANT OR SIGN UP FOR!!

Typical Best Buy - not sure how long I've been getting charged to something I have literally never activated OR used but just now caught it. They just start charging your card whether you active it or not.

I never ordered this nor wanted it. So nice of BB to iffer it for “free” and then start charging customers. You cant even opt out at the initial purchase. You make it so difficult for customers.

Very upset about this, did not purchase or activate but was charged for this service and am not happy with that.

No way to cancel subscription through the Best Buy app in my own account!!!
