The pack of football cards was delivered today. When I opened the envelop it came in I discovered that the pack had already been opened. I cannot tell if this was deliberate or a factory issue. This was a gift, so I don't want to just accept it so I contacted Best Buy immediately figuring they would make it right. They informed me that the product is non-returnable. I get it, there are plenty of scammers out there, but in this case, I have purchased various items before and rarely had returns or issues. Here, they sent me a damaged product and refuse to rectify the situation. My only option they said was to drive to the nearest Best Buy (not close) and see if a manager would be willing to exchange it. Even then, they told me there was no guarantee. Ridiculous.

The cards were ok i guess but 2 of the 4 packs came in already opened. I was disappointed but didnt complain at 5 follars a pack.

Item was not properly packed for shipping, most of cards where damaged during transit.

Bought 2 fat pAcks both were opened/ unsealed/ from the bottom. Ive bought close to 50 boxes, and packs in the past from several retailers and have NEVER EVER dealt with this level of unprofessionalism. Kids were disappointed..
