This phone is easy to use. My grandkids are learning how to use the phone and this is an ideal learning tool.

I like the phone a lot, but wish it took better pictures. It is a very touch sensitive phone and calls get discontinued when I did not even hang up just because a button was slightly touched. Too small letters on contact list.

Got for first phone for teen, does the job. Text and pics

For the money, this is a good phone if you are not needing a smart phone. I own an iPad so I do not need another data plan.

Good phone for what I want. Easy to see and a nice camera.

The tone can be set at a high volume for alerts but when I receive an alert it is hard to even hear it. ATT has tried to correct this but they tell me that it is just the way the phone works. When I get a text message it takes as much as 4 hours for my phone to receive it. The first 2 this happened were from ATT. I work with NOAA and Homeland Security and I can't have a problem receiving alerts with a 4 hour delay.

It's a good choice for a tween, phone quality is good. Just wished the camera was better.

Not very happy with it. It has very poor reception. It is very hard to Hear callers. Even with the ringer on the highest volume I miss calls because I didn't hear it. When I got the phone I could send pictures and now it is not letting me. Will be going back to Best Buys this weekend to have it looked at. very unhappy with the phone. Likes my other one better bot it no longer works.

This phone replaced my 2 year old HTC inspire and I'm enjoying it so far.

There are few options for a free/cheap phone that does not require a data plan. This one works fine.

this is a great phone for anyone looking for a cheap phone. i don't understand why people need to spend loads of money on an iphone when you can get one like this.
