For the price this phone is well worth the purchase.

Hard to manipulate to the function..but once used to it is sufficient

This phone was for my 12 yr old daughter. Seeing that she's hard on her phone and it gets dropped a lot, the phone doesn't have a mark on it and continues to work great!

Don't really care for the phone will do until my contract is up and get another one.

My granddaughter is 8 1/2 and this phone is working perfect for her, it's not complicated and it's perfect for just being able to keep in touch.

I purchased this phone for my teenage son. we did not go with the data plan. It is perfect for him and what he is using it for. The price was great. I got it for nothing.

It is a good phone without a lot of fancy things that I don't need. Has some features that I still need to master.

Bought this phone for first time cell phone users (11 & 13) and they have been have a great time with them.

I was dissappointed it cost when it was time for upgrade, but the features are great.

I was reluctant to get rid of my flip phone for personal reasons but and so happy I did , love it, especially for texting

Reliable works when I need it too.and not when I don't what to talk to anyone.

I would not buy this phone again. You have to unlock the phone each time yu want to use it. The camera is poor. Sometimes you can not hear the other person when talking.

Like I said great texting phone and nice little camera

My mother uses it at age 70 and she is now texting.

Good and simple phone to have. It is perfect for texting.

pantech, has little or no service in my area doesn't respond to touch very quickly

muffled, the " backlit" goes off sooner than set for.

My old phone was simple and not flashy at all. My daughter thought it would be fun for me to have a flashier phone. I only use my phone to make calls and check voicemail. This phone is difficult to navigate.

I've had this phone for about a year, and in the beginning, it seemed like a great phone---cute, small, (perfect for my small hands) and it had a keyboard, which is a must for me. However, the longer I've had it, the more I realize how much I hate it. PROS: - small phone - keyboard - nice ring tones - decent quality of pictures - easy to download pictures/music - pretty durable and tough CONS: - The screen is EXTREMELY sensitive. When I got calls, just picking the phone up would cause it to hang up on the person. When I was talking to someone, moving it against my cheek would cause it to hang up/put on speaker phone/or put the person on hold, and I woulnd't know it. EXTREMELY annoying. I would always have to call the person back. - Lock screen is sensitive. Doesn't protect the caller from being hung up. See above - There is this thing called "my pictures" on one of the screens. Once you change the pictures, you can't change them back. Believe me, I've tried. - You can't make specific alarms for specific days On my old phone, you choose which days you want a certain alarm to go off. (I'm a college student) so if I had a eight o'clock class only on M, TH, and FRI, I could set an alarm ONLY for those days. With the renue, you can't do that. - When it's out of battery life, it will CONSTANTLY beep until you charge it. On silent, it will vibrate, but if you're on the phone talking to someone, it will beep in your ear, even on silent. - It will turn off right away when it's dying, and you won't even know it Over all, this phone, in theory, is great, but after having it for so long, I've learned it's not all I thought it would be. So, as far as I'm concerned, I'm glad to be rid of it.
