Put on the headphones and enclose yourself in this VR gem. Definitely shows potential in the platform but from problem solving to environment to jump scares, this was a really fun game! Will get your heart racing. Not much replay value, but the initial experience is exactly that....an EXPERIENCE. And one you should not forget. Don't be scared....pick this one up, crank up the volume, and 'live' the story. This is not as good as Resident Evil, but a worthy opponent.

Being an owner of a PSVR for over two years, I must admit that the library of good games that are available are very limited. Playing Paranormal Activity has been refreshing. The graphics are great, the sound is awesome and the scares are really fun. The game has some issues. One in general is trying to grab objects on the floor and having your hands vanish and you find yourself trying over and over again to grab a key, etc. The other issue is how long it takes to complete the game. It took me roughly 2 hours. At a $20 price point, 2 hrs of gameplay is still a little steep, but between the good story, great atmosphere, and good graphics, Paranormal Activity is worth a check.

Paranormal Activity for PSVR is a fairly short game, but the price makes up for it. I'm a fan of horror games, and was hopeful that this would at the very least, offer a creepy atmosphere to explore in VR. This has actually ended up being one of my favorite experiences on the PSVR. The game is creepy, the controls work really well, and aside from some initial tracking issues, the game has been a joy to play. Initially I had trouble picking items up off of the ground. Once I moved my camera higher and stepped back a couple of steps, that took care of the tracking issues I faced at first, and tracking has been spot on since. I also realized that in order to pick up some items, you have to use the crouch button to reach low enough. Overall, this is a great creepy game, with lots of atmosphere. There aren't really any difficult puzzles in the game, but you do have to do a good job of exploring to find what you need to progress. If you like eerie atmospheres and exploration, I'd recommend buying Paranormal Activity.

Paranormal Activity is a good game for PS VR. The controls are kind of odd but they work well once you get used to them. The games purpose is not explained in the beginning but more info is given as you progress. The main reason that you'd purchase a horror title though is because it's scary, and this game definitely is.

after i have played resident evil 7 for ps vr, i had to buy this. while its not scary as RE7, its atmosphere and setting is excellent. i want this game longer than it actually is, considering its price, its not bad

Aside from being short, as is the case with most VR games, the atmosphere in this game is awesome! Controls take some getting used to, but this is a great horror experience on the VR that you cannot beat for the price. It's also only exclusively available at Best Buy so I highly recommend getting it before it ever sells out and becomes hard to track down!

Wish this game came out during Halloween. Nonetheless it's a great puzzle horror adventurous mystery game. And in VR it matches the platform perfect by reaching your other senses and keeps you involved in the game. Recommended for those who want a nice little gem for the PSVR.

If you love the show you'll be impressed with the way this game was designed, although the game play is nothing to write home about, the atmosphere and jump scares will truly make you feel like you are walking through a haunted place. Very scary, only recommended if you like the genre and don't get scared easily.

It's basically a virtual reality haunted house simulator. It's really creepy but the gameplay is very simple. You just gradually explore a large house, solving very easy puzzles and occasionally encountering creepy jump scares. The overall environment is generally creepy but it wears off after the first hour or so (but the whole game is only about 3-4 hours long if I remember correctly). This game may cause motion sickness for anyone who is sensitive to VR games. Overall, it's enjoyable and creepy, just short and the story isn't that great.

This game really surprised me! I thought it was going to be more like exploring a haunted house but you can actually die in this game. So, there is a survival aspect to it. The graphics are what you would expect on a VR, good not outstanding. I didn't give it 5 stars because I found the game very glitchy with the motion controllers. Had to constantly stop and adjust the camera cause my hands would be sideways. Overall, the game scared my adult bother so it's pretty great.

The chills of knowing something will happen. Dark corners and sudden dim of light. The VR have you immerse in to the house and feeling trap. I had to take the headset off just to remember i am at my home with the lights on.

Game is only around 2 hours long but the horror is real. I screamed and jumped many times. Worth the $20. If you are a horror fan like I am, must buy!

Good VR horror game. Not as well made as Resident Evil but good enough.

This game is a pretty spooky game filled with hair raising terror jumping off the screen into your vr headset. After playing this game you will wander around very cautiously in your own home. Enjoy the full immersion while playing in vr mode. A must have in your collection.

This extremely creepy game is so effective at being scary and totally immerses you. I haven't finished it yet (partially because it is pretty darn scary and unsettling) but so far I am enjoying being terrified in this. This is what is so great about VR ... games like Paranormal Activity and Resident Evil 7 Biohazard that normally wouldn't be as effective at being scary ... kick it up several notches when you're playing in VR because of the immersion. Highly recommend this game!!!

Game looks great and was so scary that it made me hesistate to play it because it is so realistic in VR.

Pretty brief game but a total blast. Very scary. It totally immerses you in the haunted house

One of the reasons I wanted the PSVR was for games like this. Freaky, horror, suspenseful. Even scarier if you play in a dark room and your pet jumps on you while you are in the game with the headset on.

Got this for $20.00 but for less with the membership for gamers club. Go and get your copy people. Be sure to YouTube it before you buy. Peace
