This is my first drone and it is very easy to use. The better you get the more settings you can change to your skill level. Great first drone for the money and parts are very reasonable. A+ in my book

I see a lot of bad review about this drone, not only here on Bestbuy, but on Amazon as well. Still, I purchased it, because I did not want to spend over a $200 on a practice/first drone. Honestly, I don't know why there's so much negative reviews. I've had my drone for a little over a month now. I've taken it places to fly, taken tons of videos and pictures. I have yet, (knock on wood) to bump into any problems with it. I was happy that it came with two batteries and that I could control it with my phone, instead of having those clunky RC controllers. I get my pics and videos right on my phone, for easy viewing and sharing. Flying this AR 2.0 is so much easier than the other drones I've tried. I wouldn't recommend it for younger kids, as the drone can potentially seriously injure an inexperienced flyer.

I love my drone! Once you get the hang of it, it’s lretty easy to control. Although I didn’t like the idea of my phone having to be the remote, I got used to it and now it’s easy. The quality of the drone is better then I thought it would be, and it has an extra layer of foam that you can take on and off for extra protection outdoors. . The camera and record option is pretty seeet too!

I bought this drone for my son's birthday and we've been very happy with it. The camera quality is questionable but he doesn't care so neither do I... The App UI is difficult at first and I had to research things online just to get it to fly out the box but once we figured it out my 8 year old son was able to keep it in the air and pull off some sick maneuvers lol.. Also, I don't know if it's the drone Wi-Fi or the our phone's/ tablet's but it seems to drop signal depending on where we're standing in the yard.. which device is connected etc. but only at heights above 25ft. So we keep it low to the ground and there's no problem. I could see where an advanced "Droner" would find that pretty boring. Great battery life and it comes with 2. Overall I would recommend this drone to anybody for their first one.. it's super durable (trust me) and easy to fly.

If you have plenty of experience with drones, this may be an affordable option. Do Not suggest this as a starter drone Extra battery does give you some actual playtime! They get bonus points for that

We purchased this for our high functioning special ed son (14yrs) and the ease of use and quality of battery life and camera viewing have really been great. We have only owned one other drone, two years ago and it was much more cumbersome to learn to operate and much more difficult to keep out of trees. This one has been a breeze to learn to use and the whole family has enjoyed trying it out.

got this as a birthday present. loaded required app to use my smartphone (s4) as drone controller. tried to fly it inside in our living room. had many horrendous crashes. its too big to fly in our average sized living room. finally took it outside and had much better experience. I've crashed it badly more than a few times though and it still flys perfectly. the video quality is ok. not great but passable.

ok for the price i guess. after about 10 uses it lost calibration. ended up taking it back.

Good Drone - reasonable battery (15 min) with 2 removable batteries. Not great in the wind

Wonderful item great for practicing and occupy time

I bought this for my husband and he was not impressed. For the cost it’s an ok item but if you want more control buy a more expensive drone. We ended up returning it and eating the restocking fee.

I bought this for my niece for her bday. This was a total hit at the party... it was THE gift everyone wanted to play with. Even the younger kids could easily control it. ITs not pro grade but definitely recommend as a starter.

I purchased this drone for myself and my 8 year old to learn to fly. It was easy to start within 10 minutes my 8 year old was flying it like an expert. Very fun and long battery life.

I paid about $160 total at the time. Unfortunately, the community for this drone has mostly disappeared, but it's still a fun device to play with. Range is definitely limited, but since it's light weight, you would want to keep it in line of sight anyway. I may upgrade to a DJI Phantom or Mavic at some point, but I think this would be a good start if you aren't too sure about getting into drones and want to have a decent one to try out for not too much money.

The product is a great buy for the price when compared to other ones in the same price range, in has a much better camera and battery life.

This drone was everything I hoped for in a first drone. Easy to fly after watching the included quick start videos on downloaded control app.

Good for the price! Easy to use, but since the purchase, the quality of the cameras on the drones have become amazingly crisp with 1080 and 4K, so I’d recommend spending more for better pics. But good for beginners to learn to fly. Much better crashing this one over a $2500 drone! :)

I would say "for the price", but this is a pretty dang good drone at any price.

Bought for my 9 year old son for Christmas. Have enjoyed using the drone in the back yard. Certainly not a top of the line but met all the expectations provided in the description. Would give a 5 but drone does occasionally lose control of the balance and crash. Just have to be careful not to overdue it on the controls.
