Geek Squad transferred everything from our old computer to our new one

my wife could not remember her pass word for the last 2 yrs and could not get into her computer. it took only 10 mins to have the pass word re-set by a very professional and friendly Geek Squad Tech.

I added a password to lock my tablet, and even though I was careful, knew what my password was, i made it easy for me, i was still locked out. After calling Samsung, and online chat support, and I knew how to reset my tablet, it was impossible. In order to wait for the battery to drain, I would have had to wait probably another week, and it had already been a week. Finally, I took it into the store and prayed the Geek Squad could help. I couldn't make an appointment online and I have to thank a million times for Roe, she saved me and my patience! Even after doing exactly what Samsung and all videos etc., Roe was able to fix it and explained it needed a little bit more than what I was doing. Thank you Roe from the bottom of my heart! (Best Buy Columbus Blvd in Philadelphia. )
