Some of the greatest songs of all time are on this LP. And there are also a couple songs on here that aren’t on any other album. A must have if you are trying to own the entire Beatles song catalogue.

One of my favorite bands of all-time! I recalled when I first bought the CDs back in 1988 and being really impressed about the "quality" of those early CDs. Knowing what I know now, I realize that 80s vinyl suffered because of poor pressings and low-quality recycled vinyl. This remastered edition sounds absolutely amazing on my George Harrison Pro-Ject turntable using an Ortofon OM10 cartridge. From the punchiness of "Love Me Do" all the way through that amazing bass on "I'm Down", the clarity of the music shines through. For many who grew up with the American version of the Beatles albums, this collection was a little strange when it first appeared. For the CDs, my recommendation would have been to include the tracks from Past Masters as bonus tracks on the corresponding CDs. For example, "I Feel Fine" and "She's A Woman" could have been included in "Beatles For Sale". That said, the UK Beatles albums have always been considered as a complete entity and adding additional tracks were sometimes considered almost sacrilegious. As for the Past Masters vinyl, the records stand as a hodgepodge of leftover tracks that were not included in the albums. This does not detract of the wonderful quality and pressing of these vinyl. The remastered vinyl sounds warm with very little hiss and clicks on my set up. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have!

A must for Beatles fans. Sound quality is amazing and the quality of both the records and the packaging is really outstanding. This is an easy to recommend purchase.

As a Beatles nut, you can’t go wrong with any vinyl. This one reminds me of my mom everytime I play it. I don’t know why but, it does.

With this album you get almost every Beatles single that wasn't included on the album releases. The advantage here, is you get them on Vinyl!!! This set also includes some German versions of early hits that the band used to play back in their Hamburg days. This is a fab edition to your Beatles collection and you won't be disappointed!!!

shoirt & sweet. totally amazing, the sound on 2 180 gram audiophile viny lp'sl, with the remastering is breath taking. you have never heard the beatles like this before. packaging is great and pull out booklet. enuff said. get it and get back to the real sound!
