Movie would have been better without all the vulgar language which added nothing to this movie.

This movie was based on the tragic Boston Marathon bombing. The movie follows what happened after the bombing and how the people responsible for the bombing were brought to justice.Very interesting movie that refreshed my memory about what happened on that day.

Though this is about a tragedy that really occurred, the movie was excellent in showing how everyone was helping and the behind the scenes stuff that happened with the police and everyone searching, as well as the heroic efforts of everyone involved. Awesome movie!

Patriot Day covers the Boston Marathon Bombing and the resulting search for the bad guys that caused it. There is a lot of action that happens in a short timeframe and also some actual footage of the events are tied into the movie. Fantastic overall.

This is the third movie Mark Wahlberg has done with director Peter Berg and it is my favorite due to Mark being an intense Bostonian himself and both their dedication to portraying a painful event to honor the victims and heroes who participated in the manhunt.

I usually hold back from watching movies about an event like this but after watching this I gained a more detailed view on the people involved trying to catch the bomb makers and what they had to endure. Thank you so much to those who come in the time of need

No matter how smart we think we are or the things we can do we still have not learned not to try and be the worlds police and war is not the answer. In doing so we pay a price like this event, it was a good film with good acting on a sad part of our history.

This movie is a must see for everyone, very sad at some points but it shows what people can do if they come together to help one another in the end. It took a unspeakable tragedy for it to happen, but it brought a whole city together to help find the bombers.

This movie was very touching and entertaining. It is about the Boston marathon bombing and although it was a very sad and disturbing act that was committed, the movie features how caring and helpful people can be when we come together to help one another.

This is a great movie! If you haven't seen it I highly recommend it. Mark Walburg movies are usually good! The only bad thing about my movie purchase was the way Best Buy package my order and mailed to me with stickers on the front of the movie sleeve. I don't know about anyone else but I don't like stickers placed on the front of movie covers. So I'll be taking it back for an exchange.

Mark Wahlberg does an outstanding job of acting in this recounting of the Boston Bomber Terror Attack. You will be left in tears after watching this movie. This movie is a must to own to remember one of the worst days in the United States history.

My girlfriend and I first saw this in the theater. It was awesome then, and it was awesome now. I tend to only by movies I find exceptional, because there are so many streaming services available now. This one was worth putting into the collection.

Excellent movie that recounts the Boston Marathon bombings. Edge of the seat thriller that has a great all around cast. Very well acted with Mark Wahlberg leading the way both acting and directing the film.

Even though based on true events it has a slow mellow feel to it. Great acting but expected more

This is the account of actual members of Boston Police and an account of the moment by moment events as they unfolded as well as the way Boston came together to find the culprits of the violent act. A testimony to the human spirit and how love can conquer evil. With actual accounts from the people there and witness a city come together in their most destructive hours.

Follows the events of the Boston Marathon bombings, a great movie but a sad story. I watched​ this first in 1080p before picking up the 4K copy and I have to say it makes a world of difference. Got it on sale and definitely don't regret buying this.

Mark Wahlberg is terrific in this. It's very well made and tells a difficult tale of the Boston Marathon bombing. I was very happy with the Uhd picture quality and the sound is good too. Glad I got this over the regular DVD-Ray.

I'm happy to be able to add this movie to my house collection of Blu-Ray titles. I missed it in the theater, but saw the trailers on TV. Mark Wahlberg in my opinion did a fantastic job in his role. If you like action, this is a movie you should see.

Excellent Bluray picture and sound are perfect I was impressed that the film respectfully treated the awful tragedy of that day and it did not venture into exploitation like alot of films do also the Trent Reznor soundtrack fit the film perfectly

I was really looking forward to this movie and how they would tell the story of the Boston Marathon bombers. I was at the race that day when it happened just a block away from the explosion so it means a lot that they got it right.
