For those of you who only read the reports of this bombing or news clippings this truly tells the truth of the day and what policeman did to capture the men responsible for the attack on that horrible day. Highly recommend.

This movie is fascinating and intense seeing what the people, police, and family went through during the Boston Marathond bombings and after when trying to catch them. I recommend watching this movie to see how strong Boston truly is! Amazing!

If was made up from scratch would not have been 4 stars but a very good movie about such a tragic real event. Tells most of the story without going over the top. Love watching Hollywood do Boston...did a decent job on this one. Was home the day it happened rather than in town. Having lived in Watertown and been to most of the areas on screen it was especially exciting.

I highly recommend this movie! It was great to watch and see a movie over a tragedy that affected our country. Over the past few years I forgot many of the details that happened and this movie was a very good way to remember what happened.

A great thriller abut The Boston Marathon bomber and how they tracked them down and captured him. And how they came togeather and worked togeather to captured both of them.

This is a good movie and about what you would expect from a Mark Wahlberg action flick. Of course, many liberties were taken in the telling of this story compared to the real life incidents but that's how stories get told I suppose.

It was difficult to watch this since my daughter was 2 miles from the finish line running for a charity when the bombs went off. With all the news coverage there was a possibility that the story would be stale but it was not. Great flick.

Patriots Day is more in line of an action drama rather than a documentary. It follows the bombing of the Boston Marathon and the events afterward as poilice and FBI team up to find the two responsible for the terrorist attack.

If you're familiar with this directors other work (The Kingdom, Lone Survivor, Deepwater Horizon) and like it, then this will be no different. Great, intense moments put together with strong, emotional characters. Very good stuff.

Sitting down to see this movie, we knew what happens. With that said, we were on the edge of our seats several times. This is a great movie. This is also a heartbreaking movie because you know it happened. I highly recommend this movie.

Great movie about how a younger person is brain washed into thinking anyone in the usa needs to be done away with. The people that were hurt and the recovery and courage to regain strength and move forward was awesome.

The summary says it all. It was well done. I first saw this at the gym in the cardio theater, and I watched nearly the whole thing while on the treadmill and bike. Lets just say I forgot that my legs were hurting as I was watching.

This movie is about the Patriot's Day bombings in Boston. It is a really good movie and serves as a reminder of terrorism. It also shows how people rally together in that type of situation.

This was a very done movie! It pulls you right and you stay glued to the end. You have to appreciate the realism the director was going for and the heroism of all involved.

This is one of the best movies that I had seen in quite a while. I honestly like everything about this movie. Special effect were great, great acting, and I like the fact that the storyline stayed true to the real attack in Boston.

Although a little emotional for local Bostonians, this movie is well done and respectful to the victims. Great cast, suspenseful even though knowing the outcome. Would definitely recommend adding this to your movie collection.

I've noticed that the 4k version of this film has an odd color correction to it. I've watched plenty of 4k on my TV, with Deadpool looking the best, but this one seems a little off. Nevertheless, it's still an awesome visual piece, and great movie. Bought it at $17, comes with the Bluray, which I know looks great, so either way it was a great purchase.

Great movie from start to finish. Live in Boston so this one hot close to home as we were there on marathon Monday. Took a bit of poetic license in the movie but overall a great great movie. Mark wahlberg doesn't disappoint.

Mark Walhberg brings his A game to a subject matter that is as hard to talked about today as it was when this terrorist attack happened. Patriots Day tells the harrowing story of the manhunt that ensued following the Boston marathon bombing. Tense, heartbreaking and well made.

Coming from someone who was born and raised in Boston I can say this was an especially emotional movie. Very well done. BOSTON STRONG!!!
