Could have held off from buying it. Could have done more about plot

THIS MOVIE IS A REAL LIFE EVENT U MUST SEE THIS MOVIE.

Since this was a true story of recent events, I knew the outcome and basic story line. I still wanted to see it since I may have missed some of the details. The actual story and acting were well done, but there must have been a shortage of dialogue for the writers to work with. What I have a problem with is the unnecessary use of vulgar language. The "F" word was used in just about every sentence by nearly every actor, making it unbearable to sit through. It could've been a movie that anyone over 13 could watch, but it turned out too much for me. I discarded it in the trash, because I would be too embarrassed to pass it on. Some of the actors have slipped a little in stature,at least in my eyes.

This movie patriots day does not give you an insight on what really happened to the Boston bombing and if you're like me he wants truth and not a whole bunch of Hollywood libertys do your research on Google it.

Great movie and sad outcome but way too much swearing! Theres about it seems like 100 F-bombs. great acting but i didnt need to hear the F word that many times, i know it was a tragedy but come on.

Although it was based on true elements of the Boston marathon bombing ..i think they should have left in some more true elements of the movie... it was just ok....

I, unfortunately, did not get to watch the movie because my blue ray player could not read it. Very disappointed.

Good movie but prickly for age of the movie. Would recommend seeing.

One of Mark Wahlburg worse movies. I thought the movie was a little slow

Got halfway through it and audio quit and was protected by some organization.

I learned new information when watching Patriots Day. The brothers that bombed the Boston Marathon were very convincing and realistic. The stars of the movie were realistic, also. This was a terrible tragedy for these families. The way the first responders came together were inspiring for everyone.

An emotional look at a very nervy time for the city of Boston.
