My only complaint would be that one of the things I wanted was backlit keys. The description said it had them...but they aren't. (or I haven't figured out how to make that happen)

Read the Ad Carefully
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The PC works fine, although it's a bit slower than I expected. My main disappointment is that the ad said it comes with Windows Home 10, which it does, but I mistakenly assumed it included the Windows office products (Word, Excel) as my previous PC purchase did. The PC does come loaded with those programs but only on a 30 day trial basis. So, if you need Word and Excel, as I do, be prepared to spend another $150 to get it. I thought I'd done my research properly when I ordered this PC, but I guess I made the mistake of making assumptions.
