Was looking for just the computer, without a monitor and keyboard and mouse. This was perfect. Good price. Salesman was very helpful and able to answer all questions. Very easy to switch out with my old machine. Easy set up. Had the system up and running in very little time with very little effort. Very happy.

This computer is very nice, but i am not a fan of windows 10 - there is just too much that I will never use. It is very quiet, reliable. I had originally purchased another of the same brand, but for some reason it was faulty. I had to take it to Geek Squad and it would not turn back on. Customer service refunded my money and I purchased this one because they were out of the original. Great customer service. I do like HP products and this is a top notch purchase.

This tower has a nice mixture of speed and graphics. It is a mid size case and quiet in operation. It has enough memory to have the Internet open in a few windows as well as Quicken.

This was purchased to support a client project that required endpoints for connecting to a testing application. The machine is well suited for the required functions and has the needed horsepower. It would make a good general purpose machine to support browsing, word processing, and other general daily functions. Built-in wireless connectivity is spot on. All of the necessary inputs were there to support additional devices.

we bought this desktop PC to be upgraded to windows 10 because we were still running window XP. for the price you can't beat it, we find it really fast and great clarity when watching videos it is also light weight and has a card reader also we are very happy with the HP computer

I purchased an HP Pavilion Desktop. This computer has 8GB memory and a 1TB hard drive.This is terrific amount of space/storage for me. Also the download speed at approximately 32Mbps is fast. Windows 10 OS was included and includes new technology which is easy to learn.

No problems. Speedy. Plenty of storage. Light and small footprint. Only caveat is not set up to add another hard drive unless you buy sata splitter.

We've been using our new HP desktop for a about 3 weeks now and have been pleased with its speed, ease of use, memory, and functionality. This is our 4th or 5th HP desktop purchase over the years and we've never been disappointed with our choices.

Computer arrived on time. System is fast and was easy to setup. For the hardware installed and price paid I think it was a great purchase.

The storage and ram on the computer is plenty. This computer was easy to set up and has all that any person would need to use at home.

My old HP computer from 2012 was starting to act up so I figured it was time to replace it. I went to the local Best Buy and they only had a limited number of AMD processor HP computers so I picked this one, the best one they had in stock. I am not really happy with it. Compared to the old computer the new one should have been faster but it isn't and I don't know if I can blame the computer hardware or Windows 10 but every day or two and sometimes several times a day it freezes and I have to do control-alt-delete to get it to unfreeze. It got so bad for a while that I started using the old computer for the last 3 days and finally turned it on today and so far it's running ok. I might order a computer directly from HP and customize it. I love shopping at Best Buy but it would be nice if they sold more AMD computers in the stores. The ratio is like 20 to 1 Intel to AMD desktop computers. Maybe change the ratio to 20 to 5? Throw us old AMD diehards a bone, we spend money too.

pros -good speed lot of ram and memory cons - windows 10 does not come with outlook for mail or word etc like past versions

This is a good entry-level desktop. I added a solid state drive and installed Windows 10 on it to take full advantage of the processor's speed. Without the SSD, this is just a ho-hum system. It's also far cheaper to install an SSD afterwards, rather than buy it preinstalled. My one con with this system would be the low end power supply, which will make upgrading the video an issue, unless you get a card without the need for a PCI-Express power connection.

I got this because my old computer quit working. This one works so that is one hundred percent better than my old one. But this one is almost as slow as a dead computer. It has lots of storage. It has a reasonable amount of memory. But slow. Web pages are slow to open. My email is slow to open. In a word, it's slow. Other than that it's a good computer. Price was good.

I really like my new computer. It is much faster, easy to use,and best of all it was a very good price. It suits my every need. Great help from the sales representative. I like Best Buy very much.

Although missing the typical 3 prong power cord this makes the power supply proprietary to this desktop so upgrading video cards or anything that's going to cause an increase on power drain needs to be though out carefully. However if this amount of memory and video if fine for you then no need to concern yourself about the non-standard power supply.

Been set up and using it for about 3 weeks. Huge improvement over my 8 year old Dell. Quicker. quieter, more reliable. Was able to transfer over all Excel files via an external hard drive

This computer is perfect for multitasking and is good for many different things. The i5 processors gives you the speed for browsing the Internet with little wait time and allows you to run games with little lag. The amount of storage you get is perfect for storing family pictures or pictures of your travels, etc. comes with Microsoft 10 already on it and lets your personalize your computer. Overall it is a good product.
