One Year Of Use, Terrible Since Beginning

So I got this laptop about a year ago on 7/16/2018. I was extremely excited to open up my laptop, gifted by my family. I've been using it daily to draw on the screen with my stylus. Within the first few months, the laptop refused to connect to the internet and disconnected quite frequently, and it was a huge headache (PLEASE NOTE: my internet was fine and it was the laptop). This happen VERY frequently while my family was enjoying their hassle-free tech. Soon though, the problem decided to fix itself randomly in the time span of MONTHS, which I was quite happy with. While the internet problems, the device was INCREDIBLY SLOW. My brother decided to compare his laptop start of process with mine. Never the less, his took about 7 seconds, and my laptop has taken a minute plus. And, of course, another problem! My keyboard (specifically the o, l, and the 9 keys) I had to slam multiple times just to type one key. This problem has not gone away, though, and has since proceeded to get worse, which makes it unmanageable to do my homework. A few months ago, my speakers stopped working. I've never used the speakers since I always had my Bose headphones with amazing battery, but when trying to play sound without my headphones, it wouldn't work. This problem, however, fixed itself too. The last problem I really have is that my screen is popped out of frame. I was turning my laptop around to start drawing on Sketchbook, and as I were rotating my laptop, the screen in the right lower corner has popped out of frame. I don't know why really. I can no longer enjoy happily drawing on my laptop without the fear of the left bottom corner popping out of frame since it pushes out while I rotate. Materials feel incredibly cheap, and terrible value for price, considering all the problems I have to face. Multiple tiny dents and scrapes. Extremely hard to use with ease. Quick Summary: Multiple Problems, not worth the value, VERY hard to use. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ELSE! (will attach photo of screen and small dents if possible soon)
