    Terrible. Constantly shuts down, overheats exits playtime mode by itself. EXTREMELY SLOW. If you reboot you lose ALL downloaded apps. Don't waste your money and get stuck with a dud like I did. PBS should be ashamed to have their brand attached to something so awful!

    Its ok, not a bad device. Honestly, its the right size for a 3 year old, but wow is it limited. Not the best UI, but it works. if you want to add new apps, its all purchases.

    My daughter enjoys playing with this tablet and definitely keeps her occupied. I'd say the only problem I have with it is the speed. Can sometimes take a while to get between screens or pull up an episode. Other than that, great shows and games!

    I bought for grandkids and the table is slow and has glitzes. They also found a way around the kids play barrier and got in to the parent side and downloaded things they don't need to be on.

    The concept of the tablet is good, however, this tablet has a lot of bugs. The tablet doesn't hold a charge well and it kicks you out of the apps, if the apps even open. Definitely would not recommend.

    This tablet sounds amazing and would be if it would work! Always crashing or freezing I only had it for 5 mins and it took forever to set it up cuz it kept freezing and it says you don’t need WiFi for the game and stuff yes you do! I had to reset and clear all data tans reset it up everytime my son wanted to play then after making him wait for all that and finally getting it opened for him it would freeze again! He is 2 and waited for me to reset it and set it up for the 1,000 time to not be able to play on it! I returned mine I was so over it!

    I am very disappointed with the PBS tablet. It only works when it wants to. Constantly freezing and says ‘program has stopped’ I will be returning this item. I don’t know if this tablet was Refurbished but it definitely doesn’t work the way it should. My 3 yo Grandson gets very upset when he’s watching a video and it stops then turns off.

    I’m not crazy about this product. My 4 year old seems to have a hard time with it because it’s a little bit heavy and I’m concerned it’s going to break because the sleeve does not cover much.

    This device is super slow. It keeps telling me I need to sign into the “kids” feature, which I’ve already done, and when I go to to troubleshoot and have it send me an email, I never get the email so I can troubleshoot. It’s basically useless and barely works. I realized this on the first day we used it, but unfortunately it was while taking a trip to Hawaii so I can’t return it now, I’m sure it will be Past the return date by the time we get back home from the trip.

    My son didnt like it only bc his school gave him a ipad for virtual so now he is a bougie little boy and wont have anything less.... so now he has nothing.... whatever. I would reccomend for a first tablet but also i would be worried about the glass breaking

    We purchased this for my great granddaughter, it broke within 2 days even though everyone was careful with it. Underneath the screen it looks cracked but the screen is not cracked, does not work, will not start and after fighting with the manufacturer for a month now, they will not replace it. It says it is guaranteed to be safe in the case, but obviously not, and Best Buy will not do anything, and PBS kids will not do anything.

    Bought this for my two year older. First thing he did was pull the rubber band right off so there’s no protection on it other than that band. The screen is very low quality for being so expensive I’d expect better quality. Seems to be made with cheap plastic as well. Will be returning back to store soon. I already purchased the 7” Amazon one since he has the 10” one already just needed a smaller device for night time use or for naps.

    I don’t even bother giving this tablet to my son because he gets aggravated so quickly with it & I don’t blame him. It constantly freezes and he can’t watch or play anything without being interrupted by it freezing every 2 minutes. I just give him my iPad now to let him play on. I don’t recommend buying at all, wish I could get my money back to be honest.

    I bought this kid's tablet for my grandson's 3rd birthday. It was the absolute perfect gift for him! He often used his parent's phones to watch videos in the car and at home. This tablet allowed him to watch on his own, without using their devices and possibly dropping them. It can be set up for him to use the built-in apps, or they can download additional apps if they wish. It's easy to hold and kid friendly to use! He loves it!!!
