    Ordered once, would not charge. Took to store for them to re-order for me. They did a very good job. New came promptly and same issue-would not charge nor would it work plugged in. Tried manufacturer. Tried over 10 times. Never got a human and never got a return call. Took back to store. They took the return but could only give me a gift card. Won't order online products from here again.

    I was highly disappointed when I received the unit. The control was scratched, the parts were just thrown in the box. It was obvious it was a used product. Not something I expected from Best Buy!! I returned it immediately. I did not get the opportunity to actually try it.
